Before you come

Come with bare nails unless you booked a removal.

  1. 01Under 18? A parent or guardian books and stays.
  2. 02Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
  3. 03Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
  4. 04Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.
  5. 051 guest max. No pets.
  6. 06Free touch-up within 7 days if something isn’t right.
  7. 07Arrive on time. Late arrivals may get a shorter appointment.
  8. 08Tell me about any allergies or sensitivities before we start.

How do deposits work?

A $20 deposit holds your spot and comes off your total.

What should I tell you before I book?

What you’d like, any allergies or sensitivities, and a photo if it helps.

Do you do removals from other salons?

Yes — add Removal when you book so I leave the time for it.

How long does gel last?

Two to three weeks with cuticle oil every day. Lifting in the first week? Tell me and I’ll fix it.
