Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
Pay more up front, save more — 20% down (bookings $250+): 5% off, 2 reschedules; paid in full (bookings $100+): 10% off, 3 reschedules.
Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.
1 guest max. No pets.
Free touch-up within 7 days if a braid slips.
Come with your hair washed, detangled and blow-dried, with no heavy product in it — unless you booked a wash.
Hair isn’t included unless you add it. Bringing your own? Pre-stretched, and I’ll tell you how many packs.
It’s a long sit. Bring a charger, a snack and something to watch.

Make them last.
Sleep in a satin bonnet or scarf every night.
Oil your scalp lightly 2–3× a week — the scalp, not the braids.
Mousse the length once a week to keep frizz down.
Wash every 1–2 weeks with diluted shampoo, focus on the scalp, and dry them all the way.
Take them out by 6–8 weeks. Longer and new growth starts to mat at the root.
