Before you book

01Under 18? A parent or guardian books and stays.
02Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
03Pay more up front, save more — 20% down (bookings $250+): 5% off, 2 reschedules; paid in full (bookings $100+): 10% off, 3 reschedules.
04Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
05Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.

07Free touch-up within 7 days if something isn’t right.
08Arrive on time. Late arrivals may get a shorter appointment.
