Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
Pay more up front, save more — 20% down (bookings $250+): 5% off, 2 reschedules; paid in full (bookings $100+): 10% off, 3 reschedules.
Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.

Lash services are 18+, and the consent form is signed before your first appointment.
New clients get a patch test 24–48 hours before their first set or lift.
Come with clean lashes: no mascara, eye makeup or oily skincare around the eyes. Contacts out before we start.
A fill needs about 40% of your lashes still on. Less than that, or more than four weeks out, is booked as a full set.
More than 15 minutes late? I may have to shorten the appointment or move it.

Make your set last.
Keep them dry for the first 24 hours: no water, steam, saunas or sweaty workouts.
After that, wash them every day with lash shampoo. Clean lashes hold longer.
Brush them through with a clean spoolie every morning.
No oil-based makeup, cleansers or creams near the eyes, and no mascara on the extensions.
Don’t pick, rub or pull at them — it takes your natural lashes out too.
Book your fill for two to three weeks out.

No. You lie back with your eyes closed — most clients fall asleep. If your eyes sting or water, tell me and we’ll adjust.
Every two to three weeks. You naturally shed a few lashes a day, and a fill replaces them. Past four weeks it’s booked as a new set.
Yes, for your first set or lift — a few lashes 24 to 48 hours before, so we know the adhesive and solution agree with you.
A $50 deposit holds your appointment and comes off your total.
