Deposits & payment

01.1Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.

Timing

02.1Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
02.2Book at least 24 hours ahead, up to 60 days out.
02.3Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.

How do deposits work?: A $20 deposit holds your spot and comes off your total.
What should I tell you before I book?: What you’d like, any allergies or sensitivities, and a photo if it helps.
Do you do removals from other salons?: Yes — add Removal when you book so I leave the time for it.
How long does gel last?: Two to three weeks with cuticle oil every day. Lifting in the first week? Tell me and I’ll fix it.
