Before you come

Come with bare nails unless you booked a removal.

§ 01

Deposits & payment

  1. 01.1Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.

§ 02

Timing

  1. 02.1Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
  2. 02.2Book at least 24 hours ahead, up to 60 days out.
  3. 02.3Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.

§ 03

Your visit

  1. 03.1Under 18? A parent or guardian books and stays.
  2. 03.21 guest max. No pets.

  1. 04.1Free touch-up within 7 days if something isn’t right.

How do deposits work?
A $20 deposit holds your spot and comes off your total.

Do you do removals from other salons?
Yes — add Removal when you book so I leave the time for it.
How long does gel last?
Two to three weeks with cuticle oil every day. Lifting in the first week? Tell me and I’ll fix it.
