Before you come

§ 01

Deposits & payment

  1. 01.1Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.

§ 02

Timing

  1. 02.1Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
  2. 02.2Book at least 24 hours ahead, up to 60 days out.
  3. 02.3Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.

§ 03

Your visit

  1. 03.1Under 18? A parent or guardian books and stays.
  2. 03.21 guest max. No pets.

§ 04

  1. 04.1Free touch-up within 7 days if something isn’t right.

  1. How do deposits work?

    A $20 deposit holds your spot and comes off your total.

  2. What should I tell you before I book?

    What you’d like, any allergies or sensitivities, and a photo if it helps.

  3. Do you do removals from other salons?

    Yes — add Removal when you book so I leave the time for it.

  4. How long does gel last?

    Two to three weeks with cuticle oil every day. Lifting in the first week? Tell me and I’ll fix it.
