New sets that start with a patch test, fills that book straight in, consent signed before the day and deposits that count toward the total.

Patch test first, then the bed
New full sets can come in as requests, so you know the adhesive agrees with them before anyone books three hours.

Consent on their phone
Allergies, eye conditions, contacts, a signature — signed days before. A past reaction or a fresh stye shows up as a flag.

Fills that come back
Two weeks after a set, your client gets a nudge to book their fill — or a standing slot every three weeks, so they never have to ask.
